The day today is jammed packed until 11 p.m. so I don't see how a run is possible, but I will run Tuesday and Wednesday. I also decided to use this as more of a food diary than a food log. Everyday I chase that damn rabbit down the nucker-hole. Can I make it an entire week with healthy eating? By healthy eating I mean not having one sugar/cookie/ice cream binge. I'm not looking for textbook perfection, just go without a sugar-freak-out.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;That said, here I am making yet another resolve, (nevermind the last one was two days ago.) I may start blogging every hour just to get through--or maybe I should blog before I eat versus blogging after the deed has been done. That way it will force me to think about what I am about to do, and hopefully change, instead of reporting the damage and beating myself up.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I'm afraid to even get on the scale today. I ate sooo much salt that I'm puffy. (Don Pablo's and beef jerkey.) Hey. If this is about eating healthier, then maybe I should stop weighing myself. It will be a tough to not eat sugar for that quick energy boost. Here is what I think will work. Today--I will eat what I need to, but I HAVE to write down everything that goes in. (100 calorie snack packs.) I'll try one of those, (yes, just one, at my afternoon snack instead of M&amp;M's and ice cream.)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;B: Kashi Heart to Hear 250, coffee&lt;br /&gt;S: ---&lt;br /&gt;L: Light Tuna Salad (80 bread, 50 tuna, 70 lt. mayo) 200&lt;br /&gt;S: Kashi Granola bar 130, 1/2 Hershey pack 50, (they are totally gross---do not buy) Diet cranberry juice, 10) almonds 60 250&lt;br /&gt;D: Reeces cereal 250, granola bar 90&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cals: 1040 -- not enough.
