July 3

Just like Marvin said..."What goin' on?" Everyday I chase that damn rabbit down the nucker-hole. Can I make it an entire week with healthy eating? By healthy eating I mean not having one sugar/cookie/ice cream binge. I'm not looking for textbook perfection, just go without a sugar-freak-out.

That said, here I am making yet another resolve, (nevermind the last one was two days ago.) I may start blogging every hour just to get through--or maybe I should blog before I eat versus blogging after the deed has been done. That way it will force me to think about what I am about to do, and hopefully change, instead of reporting the damage and beating myself up.

I'm afraid to even get on the scale today. I ate sooo much salt that I'm puffy. (Don Pablo's and beef jerkey.) Hey. If this is about eating healthier, then maybe I should stop weighing myself. Besides when I do lose a couple pounds I automaticaly go into Phase 2.

B: Goat Food with Cinnamon. (250)
S: Granola, 2 bites cott. cheese, licked peanut butter knife, (250)
L: 1/2 FF bologna. 4 oz. gatorade (100)

Ran 5K (I have run 15K total in the past 5 days)
1 multivitamin.
