July 17

Here is what I have decided to do. I will have two days of "good" and then leave for GM with only healthy foods packed up. The day today is jammed packed until 11 p.m. so I don't see how a run is possible, but I will run Tuesday and Wednesday. I also decided to use this as more of a food diary than a food log. I really do have the time---I always found time to make a pan Rice Krispies and consume them, so I can make time for this.

L: 2 Healthy Choice Dogs on light bread & condiments - 250
S: Kashi nut bar 130
D: Grazed at Ballgame: 2 handfuls of Skittles, 2 bites of Hamburger, 1 bite of hot dog,. 1 bite of corn dog, 450?? Overestimating just to be sure.
