S: Kashi granola & Diet Dew 180
L: Subway veggie (no cheese) and 1/2 bag Fritos and Diet coke 400
S: 5 Methos, 1 tootsie pop, and 4 tootsie rolls. 150
D: raspberries, sm. chocolate bar, 2 bites egg, 4 Doritoes, small handful chips: 250
S: sm chocolate bar and handful of chips 250 (geuss who has her period???)

1600 Cals
Ran 5K
1 multivitamin
8 waters

Why can't I go one day with 1,200 calories? Are you starving? You didn't even have dinner. sigh.
