D: 1C spaghetti, 2 meatballs, hunk of garlic bread, salad with crutons. 600??
S: Damnitdamnitdamnit. 5 Hershey kisses and then 5 cookies 1000?

1 multivitamin
Ran 5K in 90 degree heat and a horrid new sportsbra--no support. Ouch.
NOTES:
* Joined the Y last night. Will try a "BodyPump" class this weekend.
* Bought new workout clothes at Target (2 bras, a pair of shorts and a top.)
* 1:30 p.m. Resisted the urge to eat chocolate kisses.
